Who We Work With: Everyone Headwaters Brings Together

Every organization is different, and every retreat should be too. Here is the range of people and groups we design for, and if you don't see yourself in this list, that likely means we just haven't heard from you yet, not that we can't help you. For a full look at everything a Headwaters offsite meeting/retreat can include, from strategic facilitation to outdoor adventure to where your group stays, see What We Offer, for a look at how we actually structure that work, see How We Work, and to see what your investment is, both philosophically and actual cost, see Investment.

We are also currently building out two new directions alongside all of this:

  • The first grows directly out of Foundational Compliance Services, our sister company that helps organizations navigate federal grants compliance and management, we are now designing retreats with trainings specifically for the teams doing that work, built to help them manage financial assistance and the real pressures of audits, reporting, and regulatory change that comes with it.

  • The second is a new offering supporting high school seniors and their families through the college transition.

More on both soon.

We build every one of these offsites/retreats around you, not the other way around. Tell us who is in the room and why they are gathering, and we design everything from there, to include speakers/trainers for almost any topic you want to address, and any of the outdoor adventure, culinary, or wellness experiences you can explore in What We Offer.

The Headwaters name is intentional. A headwater is the source, the place where a river begins its journey. Every offsite/retreat we design is a headwater moment for the people who attend it. Something starts there. The work that follows is different because of it. It's where transformation begins.

When your people need space to think, plan, celebrate, or reconnect, whoever they are, we are ready. Make Headwaters your first call.
