Where the Practice Becomes the Life: A Spotlight on Jessyca Eve and With Grace and Joy

Jessyca Eve has made yoga her life's practice. Across five continents and more than 40 nations, over 25 years of dedicated study and more than 20,000 hours of teaching, she has carried the healing arts to every corner of the world. Now she has brought them home to Front Royal, Virginia.

With Grace and Joy (withgraceandjoy.com) is her life's work made tangible. Named for her two daughters, Grace and Joy, the studio is located at Royal Horse Shoe Farms, 509 Morgan Ford Road, a legendary Blue Ridge property where the land, the practice, and the healing arts are inseparable.

Jessyca brings credentials that are genuinely rare. She holds an E-RYT 500 designation and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, meaning other yoga teachers come to her to advance their own training. She is the founder and lead teacher of a Registered Yoga School offering 200, 300, and 500-hour teacher training programs, one of only a handful of schools in Virginia with that distinction. Beyond the mat, her credentials include certification and authorized trainer status in Breathwork, Sound Healing, Human Design, Ayurveda, Rebirthing, and Reiki. She is an internationally recognized teacher, author, and healing artist.

The space she has created at Royal Horse Shoe Farms reflects that breadth. Inside a historic log cabin, a sun-facing deck overlooks horse pastures and the Blue Ridge Mountains beyond, and the offerings available there are extraordinary. Weekly classes in qi gong, meditation, vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. Sound healings with 43 world instruments. Monthly retreats, breathwork ceremonies, trail events, and specialized workshops. Private lessons, healings, and treatments. Beyond the mat: Reiki, energy work, bodywork, massage, red light therapy, ice baths, steam shower, fire spinning, horse therapy, creek time, herbal teas, essential oils, and more. Coaching, nutritional support, Ayurvedic coaching, Human Design readings, and 5D wellness technology round out an offering that is unlike anything else in this region.

The community Jessyca serves is as diverse as her offerings. Corporate teams, schools, families, couples, small groups, agencies, those in addiction recovery, those in remission, women navigating empty nesting, career transitions, health challenges, and loss. This is a sanctuary. A world-class healing arts institution rooted right here in Front Royal, Virginia.

Jessyca has also brought her sound healing work into the community through a partnership with Samuels Public Library, extending the healing arts beyond the farm and into the heart of Front Royal.

When Headwaters was invited to experience With Grace and Joy firsthand, we understood immediately why Jessyca describes her work the way she does. On Earth Day, we gathered at Royal Horse Shoe Farms for a celebration of each of the four elements, a ceremony as grounding as it was transformative. This is where healing becomes thriving. The results are not abstract. They are felt in the body, realized in the mind, lived in the relationships, seen in the mirror.

For our clients who are navigating change, organizational, personal, or both, With Grace and Joy is one of the extraordinary partners we are proud to bring into the retreat experiences we design. And if you are ready to build an experience around it, you know where to find us.
