I am Gen X. I spent 23 years in federal grants management and compliance, which means I know how to build a plan that survives contact with a room full of different expectations, keep a budget honest, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Ace, our Creative Director, is Gen Z. They bring a different instinct, an eye for what feels stale, what feels performative, and what actually invites people to be present instead of just attending. Neither perspective is the whole answer. Together, they are.
